Goat Yoga

Regular practice of yoga promotes strength, endurance, flexibility and facilitates friendliness, compassion, and greater self-control, while cultivating a sense of calmness and well-being. Yoga is considered more effective for anxiety, depression and back pain than medication.

Even so, many people feel shy to try….

Imagine a Yoga class with the added benefits of GOATS….

Yes! Petting animals releases an automatic relaxation response, lowers anxiety and helps people relax into a new experience.

Warning* It may make you smile and flood your body with happy hormones!

This class is an hour and a half of Hatha yoga with a focus on calming the mind and releasing stress and tension with poses that alternate between stretching and strengthening.
At the end of the day Goat Yoga is about putting down our daily stressors and focusing on gratitude and the positive things in life. And that my friend, is good medicine!

Please dress in layers
Bring your own mat and an old blanket
Space is limited-25 participants
Well behaved kids over 12 are welcome
