Imagine a Yoga class with the added benefits of GOATS….

Yes! Petting animals releases an automatic relaxation response, lowers anxiety and helps people relax into a new experience.

Warning* It may make you smile and flood your body with happy hormones!

This class is an hour and a half of Hatha yoga and goat snuggles with a focus on calming the mind and releasing stress and tension with poses that alternate between stretching and strengthening.

At the end of the day Goat Yoga is about putting down our daily stressors and focusing on gratitude and the positive things in life. And that my friend, is good medicine!
